See every bucket.
A computer-vision system mounted on loading equipment that measures rock fragmentation, detects missing bucket teeth and monitors how trucks are loaded.

Rock fragmentation directly affects loading speed, crusher performance and equipment wear. Yet it was rarely measured, missing bucket teeth went unnoticed until they reached the crusher, and truck loading height was inconsistent.

Cameras on excavators and loaders analyze every bucket in real time. The system estimates particle size distribution, flags missing teeth instantly and monitors truck loading height, while spatio-temporal reports keep a history of the results.
